Made with just 4 ingredients, these fruit and yogurt popsicles are topped with crunchy granola for a little extra crunch. Fresh or frozen strawberries or blueberries both work well in this recipe.

- Stir the yogurt and honey or maple syrup together until combined. If using sweetened yogurt, you can skip the sweetener.
- Divide the yogurt between two bowls if making different fruit flavors. Add the fruit to each bowl.

- Use a stick blender, regular blender, or food processor to blend the fruit and yogurt together.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Stir the granola and honey or maple syrup together in a small bowl.
- Divide the yogurt mixture between the popsicle molds. Sprinkle the granola mixture over the top end. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm. Remove from the molds and enjoy.
Using different popsicle molds
While I am using a silicone cakesicle mold for this recipe, you can easily use a traditional upright popsicle mold or paper cups.
- If using a traditional upright popsicle mold, fill the molds with the yogurt mixture, sprinkle the granola mixture over the top, then insert the sticks or lids according to the manufacturer's instructions. The granola may settle slightly as the popsicles freeze, but it will remain concentrated near the stick end.
- When using paper cups, freeze until partially set before inserting the sticks.

Recipe tips
Yogurt: Full-fat Greek yogurt makes the creamiest popsicles, but regular plain or double cream yogurt works well too. Low-fat yogurt can make the popsicles slightly icier.
Fruit: Strawberries and blueberries are used here, but raspberries, blackberries, peaches, mangoes, and other fruit work well too.
Sweetener: Honey, maple syrup, or agave can be used. If using sweetened yogurt, you may not need additional sweetener.
No popsicle mold? Use paper cups, plastic cups, an ice cube tray, or another freezer-safe container. Add sticks once the mixture is partially frozen if needed.
Cover before freezing: Use the mold lids if included, or cover with foil to help prevent ice crystals from forming.
