Start your day with this energizing and delicious Blueberry Bran Smoothie.Taking just a few minutes to blitz in a blender, you really don't have an excuse for skipping breakfast now.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups / 500ml low fat milk / soy milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup bran flakes or high fibre bran cereal
  • sweetener or honey to taste optional
Instructions
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve immediately
