3 ingredient Nutella Cupcakes

You really got to love this 3 ingredient Nutella Cupcakes recipe. The cupcakes are so perfectly soft and fluffy with a slightly crispy crust, almost like a brownie texture.
3 ingredient Nutella Cupcakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup / 280g Nutella SEE NOTE 1
  • 1 cup / 120g self-raising flour
  • ½ cup / 125ml buttermilk
Instructions
  • Fill cupcake liners to three-quarters full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the centres spring back when lightly pressed.
  • When baked, remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate or warm a tablespoon of Nutella in the microwave until soft and drizzle over the cupcakes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you prefer.
Recipe Notes
  1. If you do not have nutella, then any brand of hazelnut or chocolate spread will work just fine as well.
