Ingredients
- 1 cup / 280g Nutella SEE NOTE 1
- 1 cup / 120g self-raising flour
- ½ cup / 125ml buttermilk
Instructions
- Fill cupcake liners to three-quarters full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the centres spring back when lightly pressed.
- When baked, remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate or warm a tablespoon of Nutella in the microwave until soft and drizzle over the cupcakes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you prefer.
Notes
- If you do not have nutella, then any brand of hazelnut or chocolate spread will work just fine as well.
