3 ingredient Nutella Cupcakes
You really got to love this 3 ingredient Nutella Cupcakes recipe. The cupcakes are so perfectly soft and fluffy with a slightly crispy crust, almost like a brownie texture.
Fill cupcake liners to three-quarters full and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the centres spring back when lightly pressed.
When baked, remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
Drizzle with melted chocolate or warm a tablespoon of Nutella in the microwave until soft and drizzle over the cupcakes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if you prefer.
- If you do not have nutella, then any brand of hazelnut or chocolate spread will work just fine as well.
